Dortmund Latest news: Dortmund could be without their main man for the most crucial Bundesliga match of the season
According to Edin Terzic, the manager of Borussia Dortmund, Jude Bellingham’s participation in the Bundesliga title deciding match against Mainz on Saturday is uncertain due to a knee injury.
This could potentially be Bellingham’s final game for the club. He was absent from the team’s previous victory over Augsburg, which brought them one step closer to their first league championship in 11 years. Dortmund currently holds a two-point lead over Bayern Munich heading into the final game.
“There is still a question mark on Jude,” Terzic told reporters on Thursday. “He has been able to intensify his training, which looks pretty good.
“We’re going to look at the units today and tomorrow. We definitely want him in the squad.”
According to reports, there are talks of Real Madrid trying to sign the English player Bellingham during the upcoming transfer window, which could mean he may leave his current team in the Bundesliga.
