Manchester United Transfer News Now: Manchester United is currently looking to bolster their roster as the summer transfer season comes to an end.
- Altay Bayindir could be United’s second goalkeeper following Henderson’s departure.
- Manchester United is exploring a potential replacement for Luke Shaw.
- Sofyan Amrabat’s move to Old Trafford may fall through.
According to reports, manager Erik ten Hag is eager to add additional players to reinforce various positions.
Altay Bayindir of Fenerbahce is one of the goalkeepers Manchester United may sign. The 25-year-old goalkeeper will reportedly pay €5 million (£4.2 million) to join the Red Devils. Manchester United is concentrating especially on improving its left-back alternatives as Luke Shaw faces a protracted absence owing to a muscle issue. The left-backs being evaluated include Sergio Reguilon of Tottenham, Marc Cucurella of Chelsea, and Marcos Alonso of Barcelona.
Even though Manchester United has expressed interest in bringing in another midfielder, insiders say it is doubtful that they would sign Sofyan Amrabat from Fiorentina. Ryan Gravenberch, a midfielder for Bayern Munich, has also been suggested as an option. Gravenberch, who last year transferred from Ajax to Bayern, may give the team much-needed depth. They will have to compete with Liverpool to sign the Dutch midfielder.
Time is of the importance for Manchester United to sign these prospective newcomers since the transfer deadline will be here in less than four days. The club wants to take calculated actions to improve the capabilities of their team for the forthcoming season.
