Napoli transfer news: With claims of refusing to sell their star man this summer, Napoli have increased the asking price of Victor Osimhen

Football teams from all around Europe are apparently fighting for the services of Napoli’s current Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen. The player’s agent reportedly spent the past three days with him in Paris to talk about his future with several teams.

Osimhen is reportedly attracting interest from Paris Saint-Germain, who are about to lose Messi and Neymar, two of their finest players. They are not the only club to display interest, though. Along with Manchester United and Newcastle United, is reportedly interested in signing the striker.

Aurelio De Laurentiis, the president of Napoli, is said to have set a transfer fee of at least 160 million euros for Osimhen. Any team that wants to sign the athlete must be willing to pay this absurd amount, as it is.

Osimhen apparently has been guaranteed a salary of more than 10 million euros a year year in addition to the transfer fee and additional bonuses. Although this may sound like an astronomical sum, it is important to remember that Osimhen is presently among the best scorers in the Italian Serie A and that interested teams place a high value on his future.

Osimhen is a valuable member of the Napoli team, thus the club is not willing to let him go. But as long as an agreement is reached before the team’s preseason training in Trentino, the club president is amenable to talks.

It won’t be simple to replace Osimhen, but Napoli is apparently investigating a number of candidates, including Armando Broja, an Albanian striker who now plays for Chelsea. The administration of Napoli is cautious to pursue Broja as a replacement due to his recent injury.
