Pablo Sarabia Closing In On A Move To Wolves

Published on:

Pablo Sarabia, a 30-year-old midfielder for Paris Saint-Germain, is reportedly close to joining Wolverhampton Wanderers of the Premier League, according to TF1 journalist Saber Desfarges.

Desfarges claims that the player has persuaded the incoming Wolves manager Julen Lopetegui of his potential to strengthen the team as it stands. The two clubs are working out the last aspects of a deal, so that Pablo Sarabia may leave Parc des Princes for Molineux as soon as this weekend.

Although Pablo Sarabia would be swapping a battle for the Ligue 1 championship for a fight for survival in the Premier League, his countryman, Lopetegui, has already persuaded the midfielder to make the transfer.

Pablo Sarabia has managed to make 19 appearances in all competitions this season despite facing competition from Kylian Mbappé, Lionel Messi, and Neymar in the forward spots at PSG, although he has not assisted on a single goal.

No transfer fee has been made public for Sarabia, who moved from Sevilla to PSG in 2019 for $20 million, although an agreement between the two organizations is close at hand.
