Barcelona striker Sergio Aguero has been diagnosed with cardiac arrhythmia after he left the pitch last Saturday with difficulty in breathing. Cardiac arrhythmia is a condition where a person has irregular heartbeats. The condition is sometimes accompanied by difficulty in breathing.

Since Sergio Aguero moved to Barcelona from Manchester City in the summer, he has been on the sidelines with injury. He only returned to action during Barcelona’s victory over Dynamo Kyiv in the Champions League. Since then, he has gone ahead to feature in 3 other games including the El Clasico where he scored Barcelona’s only goal. It can be seen that Aguero is not being able to do what he set his eyes upon to do since his arrival.

Aguero was subbed off during the Barcelona Alaves clash Saturday evening just before half-time. Aguero was found on the floor holding his chest and throat, showing that he was having difficulties in breathing. He was then rushed to the hospital to run some tests to know what was actually wrong with him.

According to Sport’s report, Sergio Aguero has been diagnosed with cardiac arrhythmia and he has had this ailment since he was 12 years old. According to the report, Aguero suffered a similar incident 10 days earlier before the match. As at now, the severity of his ailment is unknown, hence several tests are needed to know how severe the arrhythmia is.
