Tottenham News Latest: Spurs have shifted their attention to Bayer Leverkusen boss Xabi Alonso
Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in hiring Bayer Leverkusen manager Xabi Alonso as their new head coach. The Spurs hierarchy are in search of a permanent replacement for former boss Antonio Conte, who was let go in March.

Meanwhile, Slot has impressed with his coaching skills at AZ Alkmaar and Feyenoord. He has led Feyenoord to the brink of winning the Eredivisie title ahead of PSV Eindhoven and Ajax. Feyenoord being confirmed as Dutch champions would further enhance his stock. However, the Spurs hierarchy appears to be more attracted to Alonso’s high-profile experience, which could influence their decision-making process.
