Chelsea are top of the Premier League after thirteen games. The Blues have won three of their last five games, drawing two against Manchester United and Burnley at The Bridge. Their last outing was in the league against Manchester United, when Thomas Tuchel’s men came from behind to draw 1-1 against interim manager Michael Carrick. A win for Chelsea will keep them top of the league regardless of outcomes from elsewhere.

The last Hornets’ win against Chelsea was back in 2018 when Watford won 4-1 against Chelsea at the Vicarage Road under manager Javi Garcia. Since then Chelsea have won the last four consecutive games against Watford. The most recent meeting between Watford and Chelsea was in 2020 at The Bridge when Chelsea won 3-0. Prediction
Chelsea have been incredible throughout the season. Yet to lose a game in their last eleven outings, Chelsea are favourites to win against Watford at the Vicarage Road. However, new manger Claudio Ranieri will be happy to cause an upset against Thomas Tuchel.
