It is understood that Manchester United have alerted the Premier League board about the situation. As at now, their game against Brentford on Tuesday is in doubt, but, Sky Sports reported that the game will still go on despite the positive cases.

Putting measures in place to contain the spread, should the positive cases be true, players whose results turned out positive were asked to quit training and go home. Also, players who had negative results were asked to train individually.
