Paul Pogba has to join Juventus until 2025

Paul Pogba is certain to return to Juventus this summer, with the parties involved close to finalizing a long-awaited deal.

Paul Pogba has agreed to sign a deal with Juventus until June 2025, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport. In his new deal in Turin, he will be paid €7.5 million every season plus numerous performance-related bonuses.

Gazeeta dello Sport’s report claim that Massimiliano Allegri and his Juventus project had a significant influence on Pogba’s final decision. Paris Saint-Germain were interested in signing the midfielder, but they never pursued it aggressively.

Manchester United, on the other hand, was allegedly interested in extending his contract. Pogba, though, has rightly opted to leave Manchester United in search of a fresh challenge.

With his contract at Manchester ending in June 2022, Pogba will depart on a free transfer this summer.

In the summer of 2016, Pogba joined Manchester United for a then-record €105 million transfer price from Juventus. However, the prevailing consensus in Manchester is that the midfielder has never lived up to the hype. However, Old Lady fans will be hoping for the return of Paul Pogba, who used to run riot in their midfield back in the day.
