Latest on Chelsea transfer news: Christian Pulisic’s has been linked with a move away from Chelsea due to limited playing time recently

Christian Pulisic, an American winger, intends to go back to Chelsea despite rumors that he will no longer be playing at Stamford Bridge. However, he acknowledges the possibility of his departure.

In 2019, Pulisic signed with the Premier League team for $68.54 million, making him the most expensive American player. However, his recent lack of game time has caused him to feel frustrated.

The uncertainty surrounding his future in the club has led him to consider the possibility of leaving, although it is not something he intends to do at the moment.

“As of right now, I’m a Chelsea player and I plan to go back, but a lot of things can happen. A lot of things can change,” said the 24-year-old, who has rejoined the US national team ahead of their CONCACAF Nations League title defence.

Before the World Cup last year, there was worry about the player not getting enough playing time. He wanted to play more to be ready for the tournament, and he did end up helping the United States make it to the round of 16.

“It’s been an interesting journey at club level for me,” he told reporters. “I had a… great couple of years and the last couple of years just haven’t gone at all how I planned them to be.”

In April, Chelsea dismissed their coach Graham Potter and recently appointed Mauricio Pochettino, a former Tottenham Hotspur manager, to improve their performance after finishing 12th in the Premier League, their worst result since 1994.

Pulisic mentioned that playing with the national team is helping him rediscover his passion for the game, and he is looking forward to the semi-final match against Mexico on June 15.

“I’m really excited to be here and get some minutes on the field and get back to being that confident player that I know I can be. I want to find my footing again and enjoy the game because it feels like it’s been tough to do that lately,” he said.
